Atlantian Unevent, December 7th Crash Space: Anyone needing crash space should contact the autocrat. There is limited crash space so please contact early. A listing of hotels and motels can be found at http://www.visitwilliamsburg.com/motels_hotels.htm. Any hotel/motels on Richmond Rd are easy to get to from the College. The Days Inn at 902 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, VA, 23185 (757-229-5060) is the closest. Cost: No cost. Donations are appreciated to help defray our costs. Site: This year's Unevent will be held at Morton Hall on the Campus of the College of William and Mary, Jamestown Rd, Williamsburg VA 23186. The site opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 7:00 PM. Site Restrictions: No alcohol, pets, or live steel. Unevent will NOT be in garb. Due to college regulations merchanting will not be allowed. Autocrat:

From the East: Take I-64 to Exit 242A. This is Route 199 West. Staying in the right lane, proceed to the 4th traffic light (about 6 miles), turn right onto Route 5 East (Jamestown Road). *** From the West: Take I-64 east to exit 234. Turn right onto route 199 East. Proceed to the 2nd traffic light (about 7-8 miles). Turn left onto Route 5 East (Jamestown Road).*** ***Go through one light and proceed until the road narrows to one lane. Stay in the left lane only before this time. After you pass the lake there will be a left turn onto Campus Drive. Park either in the unpaved lot on the left or the paved lot on the right. For those coming from hotels on Richmond Rd please follow these directions. Proceed down Richmond Rd going towards Colonial Williamsburg. You will pass a Days Inn and an abandoned gas station. Take the second right after the gas station. This is Dillard Street. Proceed a very short distance until you come upon a stop sign. Stop. Proceed straight. Dillard Street becomes Campus Drive. Continue all the way down Campus Drive until you come to the second stop sign. Stop. Take a right (this is still Campus Drive). Right before the next stop sign your will see a paved parking lot on your left and a gravel lot on your right. Park in either one. Morton Hall is the first building next in section with the paved lot. A note on parking: The campus is strict on parking. Do not park in "Reserved at All Times," "Service Vehicle Only," or metered spaces as these are ticketed on weekends. Rencester is not responsible for any parking tickets you may receive.
